ORCHESTRATED [2025]

RMIT MID-SEMESTER DESIGN GRADUATION SHOW
Alexis Marinovic, Andrew Van Keulen, Candice Sun, Eliana Roxas & Yiming Wei.

ABOUT
Created by a team of five, led by Ziga Testen, Orchestrated (2025) was developed for the Mid-Semester Design Grad Show. I was responsible for shaping the project’s visual identity and developing the core concept behind Orchestrated: the idea that everything in design is intentionally orchestrated.

Our identity centred on the mechanics of hand-cranked music boxes. Although the punched holes in the paper strips appear random, each one is carefully placed to produce a specific melody.

We used this concept as a metaphor for the design process, where every decision is deliberate and contributes to a greater outcome. This system of punched holes became the foundation of our custom display typeface, which forms the primary Orchestrated logo and visual identity.

AN UPWARDS SPIRAL [2025]

EVENTS & MAGAZINE FOR CREATIVES BASED IN SPAIN
Branding & visual identity

ABOUT
During my time in Madrid, I was approached to create the branding and visual identity for a new creative events project. At the time, there was no name, only a clear vision and the determination to build a community where creatives could connect, socialise, and create together.

I developed the name An Upwards Spiral to reflect the reality of creative growth. Success is rarely linear; it’s made up of setbacks, breakthroughs, and constant learning. The concept suggests that while there will inevitably be ups and downs, every person you meet, every conversation you have, and every project you take on contributes to your development as both a creative and an individual.

This philosophy became the foundation of the brand, capturing the spirit of the events and the opportunities they created for collaboration, connection, and creative progression.

SISTER STUDIOS [2026]

LOOKBOOK SS26
Illustration & Digital Publication

ABOUT
SISTER Studios is a Melbourne fashion label defined by instinctive style and a commitment to thoughtful making. I was commissioned to collaborate on the design direction for the brand’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, Miss Moonlight, creating a series of illustrations for the seasonal lookbook ahead of future wholesale presentations.

The creative direction was inspired by the interplay of shadow and light, drawing from the way moonlight falls across vintage wrought iron fences. This contrast became the foundation of the collection’s visual language, balancing softness with structure. Referencing SISTER Studios’ established design identity, particularly its recurring use of spirals and swirling forms. I reinterpreted these signature motifs through the organic curves of ornamental ironwork. The resulting illustrations feel both familiar and evolved, reinforcing the brand’s aesthetic while introducing a romantic, moonlit narrative for the new season.

DIGITAL CRAFTS [2025]

PROCESS & DESIGN THEORY ZINE (1 OF 3)
Visual Identity & Publication

ABOUT
Derived from the overarching theme of Process and Design Theory, Digital Crafts was one of three zines exploring the relationship between craft across the past, present, and future. This publication examines how craft can be understood within the digital age, questioning what defines a craft and how digital practices compare to traditional forms of making.

Through a series of visual experiments and research, the zine explores the similarities and differences between physical and digital craft. Drawing on philosophical ideas, including the work of George Simmel, the project investigates the fundamental qualities of creation and how they continue to evolve in an increasingly digital world.

BRAVO EVENTS [2025]

EVENTS FOR THE CREATIVE & FINANCIALLY INTERESTED, BASED IN SPAIN
Branding & Visual Identity

ABOUT
Bravo Events began as a startup that organised community events for creatives and finance professionals. Having been involved from the very beginning, I was entrusted with designing the company’s pitch deck for presentations to major financial firms across Spain.

Although based in Madrid, the events were promoted in English to encourage a more multicultural and inclusive community. Following the successful pitch deck, I was commissioned to design bilingual invitations, pamphlets, social media assets, branding, and the company logo, which were later applied across event signage, labels, and promotional posters.

Mattias placed a great deal of trust in me by giving me such a significant design role. That trust paid off when we successfully launched our first event in December, where I also worked as the event photographer. The launch was a great success and marked the beginning of Bravo Events’ growing community.
